Carduvo is made by one person. Write, and that person answers — not a ticket form.
We reply within 2 business days at most. For requests about personal data or account deletion the formal deadline is 20 business days, but in practice it is the same.
If you are writing about a problem, include whatever you can of the following. You do not need all of it:
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently and irreversibly erases your profile, your entire collection, your costs and your notes. You do not need our permission and there is nothing to wait for.
If you would rather we did it, write from your account's email address.
On the sign-in screen, use Forgot your password? You will get an email with a link to change it. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
The catalog comes from a community database, which sometimes has gaps or errors. Write to us with the card and set name and we will look into it.
If what is missing is a card image, it is almost always a gap in the original source. We still log it: if there are many, we look for another source.
Because we would rather not invent it. Carduvo shows a value only when it has enough market data to stand behind it, and it always tells you where that came from and how recent it is. When it doesn't, it says so rather than showing a number we could not defend.
For now you have to delete that lot and add it again. It is a known limitation and it is on the fix list.
Because those are two separate lots, and that is deliberate. If you bought one copy in March and another in August at different prices, merging them would hide what you paid for each. Carduvo keeps every purchase with its own date and cost.
Card prices are free and unlimited, and they stay that way. There will be paid features later — history, analysis, export — but we charge for what Carduvo computes and remembers, never for letting you look up what a card is worth.
Yes, and every request gets read. Write to support@carduvo.app with "Idea" in the subject line.
What we collect, why, who else sees it and how you erase it is in the privacy policy. It is written to be read, not to cover ourselves.
